What the group does.
Three trading names, one company, one operating team.
Property Sauce is the main business: lettings and management for private, corporate and institutional landlords, block and portfolio management, and the acquisition of blocks of flats and small portfolios for our own account.
Sure Lets & Manage is the residential lettings brand for individual landlords. Luxe Stay runs the group's serviced and short-stay homes.
All three are trading names of Sure Lets and Manage Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 16613860.

Everything in writing
Repairs, inspections, notices and decisions are recorded and sent to you. If it matters later, it is on file.
Compliance first
Nothing is let, and no work is started, until it is legal. The law changed a great deal in 2026 and our procedures changed with it.

A named manager with a direct line for every landlord, block and portfolio. The assistant on this site handles the routine; a person handles the rest.
