Information on the site

Everything here is general information about our services. It is not legal, tax or investment advice and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Fees, terms and any offer to buy a property are confirmed in writing separately. Descriptions of the law reflect our understanding at the date shown on the page; the law changes and you should take your own advice before relying on it.

The assistant

The assistant is an automated tool that records repair reports and answers routine questions about tenancies with us. It is not a person and it cannot bind the company. Anything it says about the terms of a tenancy is subject to the written tenancy agreement and to confirmation by a member of staff. A repair reported through the assistant is logged and passed to the team; it is not a guarantee of a particular response time. Emergencies must be reported by telephone.

Do not use the assistant to send abusive, unlawful or misleading content, or content that belongs to someone else. We may suspend access where it is misused.

Verification codes

One-time codes sent by email or text are for the person named on the tenancy. Do not share them. If you receive a code you did not request, ignore it and tell us.

Copyright and credits

Text, design and the Property Sauce name and mark are ours. Photographs are either ours or used under the licences listed on the credits page. You may link to any page. Do not copy the site or the brand.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available but do not promise that it will be. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site or from its unavailability. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
