What would raise it
Scores are recalculated when we update your file, usually at the start of each month. If something looks wrong, tell us through the assistant and we will check the record.
How the score works.
One hundred points, four parts, nothing hidden.
Rent paid on time
Every payment in the last twelve months that arrived on or before the due date scores in full. A late payment scores half. A missed payment scores nothing.
Account up to date
Full marks with nothing outstanding. A small balance costs a little; a larger one costs the lot until it is cleared or a plan is agreed.
Good neighbour
Full marks with no upheld noise or disturbance reports. Each report costs seven points and drops off after twelve months.
Looking after the home
Inspections passed, ventilation, repairs reported early. If there has been no inspection yet, you get the points.
